Short and Long term Contracts available for both Residential and Commercial Consulting

We try to offer the most flexible payment structures for clients, and therefore, we offer simple hourly contracts as well as retainer-based or long-term contracts for both block time and dedicated support services.

• Simple hourly contract support
  • For short-term support e.g. malware removal, server build, etc
  • 1 hour minimum
• Retainer-based or Long-term contract support
  • Block Time
    • Blocks of time can be purchased in advanced for any type of support we offer.
  • Dedicated support e.g. server support, network support, specialized support

Consulting Fees

• Residential: $60/hour - UPDATED
• Commercial: $85/hour
• Travel time included in hourly charge if destination is outside 20 mile radius of Canon City, CO
• Effective June 8, 2009 - A $25 trip charge will be assessed for each round trip visit made to client's premises. - NEW

Software Development: Including scripting and web development

• $50/hour

Payment

Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.  We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service and/or to Require Payment in Advance for any service or product we offer!
